This home may not look familiar to you at first. The wooden fence, barns, and excess land are no longer part of this property, but the home still stands. The home, at the corner of Beech Daly & Plymouth Rd, originally faced Plymouth Rd, but was eventually moved to face Beech Daly. So, if you have ever wondered about this beautiful home, it is what we call the Fisher House.  It originally served as a residence but became a “traveler’s rest” (similar to a hotel) for individuals who utilized the nearby railroad stop called Fisher’s Station (named after the family). Read more about the Fisher family HERE.

Today, various antiques are displayed on the property, though it is unclear whether these are original items from the property. It also has a fireplace.
