Redford Historical Summer Quest

Goal: Students will engage with the History of Redford by participating in a “scavenger hunt” for historical locations. Then they will create postcards for each visited historic site. When they’ve completed all requirements, their “passport” will be signed off by a teacher.
Skills: writing, drawing, cutting, gluing, taking pictures, traveling
Tools needed: pens/pencils, scissors, camera, index cards, printer, paper, glue/tape, transportation
Age range: All ages (we encourage adult supervision and/or the buddy system)
